Core Privacy Guarantee:

Your blood sugar readings, meal photos, notes, and personal health metrics are stored locally on your device. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your health information, and we do not track you across third-party apps or websites.

1. Information We Process

A. Health & Lifestyle Records (Stored Locally)

To provide blood sugar tracking, food response analysis, and estimated A1C projections, you may record:

  • Blood Glucose Readings: Measurements, timestamps, meal context tags (fasting, pre-meal, post-meal, bedtime).
  • Food & Nutrition Logs: Meal descriptions, photos, and estimated carbohydrate/fiber counts.
  • Weight & Goal Metrics: Body weight, target goals, and historical A1C records.
  • Medication & Routine Logs: Insulin and oral medication schedule logs.

B. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly and securely through Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to securely manage entitlements and restore purchases. We never receive or store your credit card or financial details.

C. Anonymous Performance Telemetry

We may collect non-identifiable, aggregated technical diagnostics (such as crash reports and app version stats) to ensure stability. We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA) and do not track you across other companies' apps.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Diabetes & Blood Sugar Monitor is an informational self-tracking and lifestyle management tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment prescriptions, or clinical therapy. Always consult your doctor, endocrinologist, or qualified healthcare specialist before adjusting insulin dosages, medications, or dietary regimens.

3. Data Storage & Doctor Export

  • Local Storage: Your data remains encrypted and stored on your personal device.
  • PDF & CSV Export: You can export your clinical Doctor Summary PDF or raw CSV records at any time from within the app.
  • Zero Data Brokering: We do not share your health data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have complete control over your health data. You can delete all logs and personal history at any time directly within the app via Settings → Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the application.
