Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Diabetes & Blood Sugar Monitor mobile application ("the App"), operated by ROZ TECH LLC.

1. Medical & Health Disclaimer

  1. Informational Self-Tracking Only: The App is intended solely for personal health tracking, glucose logging, and wellness educational purposes.
  2. Not Medical Advice: The App does not offer clinical diagnosis, prescription advice, or therapeutic guidance. Calculated eA1C and glycemic trajectory estimations are statistical algorithms based on self-reported inputs.
  3. Emergency Care: In case of acute medical emergencies, severe hypoglycemia, or diabetic ketoacidosis, immediately contact local emergency services (e.g., 911 / 112) or your physician.

2. In-App Subscriptions & Apple Billing

  1. Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID Account (for iOS) or Google Play Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  2. Management & Cancellation: You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
  3. Refunds: All transaction and refund requests are governed by Apple's standard terms via reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage

All design systems, source code, visual trademarks, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of ROZ TECH LLC. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROZ TECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, or from any health decisions made based on self-reported app data.
